Returns, refunds & exchanges:


Purchases made from the online store of www.eatsproos.com can only be returned under the circumstances listed below:
1. Wrong product is received
2. Damaged product is received
Return orders will be processed as soon as the customer support team validates the circumstances over e-mail or phone.
We offer full replacement of the products that might be damaged in transit. Immediate action will be taken once the support team validates the damage via communication over e-mail or phone.
Due to the nature of the product, Sproos does not offer any exchanges.

Cancellation:

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

Shipping:

We provide shipping all over India on a chargeable basis. Occasionally, we may have promotions and discount codes for shipping.


Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently unavailable.


We aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days, however, under unforeseen circumstances, the dispatch can take up to 7 working days. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched.
Once dispatched, it normally takes 5-7 working days for delivery to your address. Unforeseen circumstances on the logistics provider’s end may cause delays for which Sproos (Melicior LLP) is not liable. However, we will do our best to locate the delivery and give you an update.


You can change the delivery address of the order within 12 hours of the confirmation email.
