  • Ingredients

    Ravioli or any form of pasta/noodles

    Sproos’ Cashew Peri-Peri

    1 medium Onion, finely chopped

    6-7 cloves of Garlic, finely chopped

    1-1 ½ Bell Pepper, Yellow and Red, Julienne cuts

    Parmesan Cheese

    1 cup of Milk or Water

    Oil, Salt & Pepper

  • Instructions

    Preparation time: 10 minutes
    Cooking time: 20 minutes
    Serves: 2

    - To enough oil, add chopped garlic and sauté well. We allowed it to brown a little.
    - To this add finely chopped onions and bell peppers, once these are cooked, add Sproos’ Cashew Peri-Peri sauce and milk or water to adjust the consistency of the sauce to your liking.
    - Mix well. Season with salt & pepper and add cheese.
    - Add cooked Ravioli or any type of pasta to this, mix well and serve hot.

    Chef’s tip: You can skip or add more vegetables & cheese according to how you like your pasta. Not mandatory to use Ravioli, or pasta, can add rice noodles or vermicelli to it.
