    Taco Shells
    Sproos’ Cashew Peri-Peri
    1 cup of Iceberg lettuce
    3 medium Tomatoes
    2 medium Bell pepper
    1 medium Onion, finely chopped
    6-7 cloves of Garlic, finely chopped
    ½ cup boiled rajma
    Herbs, Oil, Salt & Pepper

    Preparation time: 20 minutes
    Cooking time: 15 minutes
    Serves: Makes 5 tacos

    For the filling:
    Blanch 3 tomatoes and blend them to make a purée.

    Sauté garlic and onion in oil, add the tomato purée to it and let it cook for about 3-4 minutes, to this add boiled rajma, season with salt & pepper. You can also add herbs to this mixture, gives it a good punch. We added a Mexican seasoning.

    In enough oil, sauté Paneer with red and yellow Bell Peppers add herbs and seasonings.
