¼ cup Broken wheat
Sproos’ Pistachio Rose
1-2 tsp of Sabja seeds soaked
5-7 Blue berries
1 small banana
5-7 Walnuts, chopped
Handful of seeds
Grapes
Milk, according to the consistency
A pinch of cardamom

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 5-7 minutes
Serves: 1
Procedure:
- Roast broken wheat with a little ghee. To this, add a pinch of cardamom and milk according to your liking.
- Let this set in a bowl, we put it in the freezer for about 10-15 minutes.
- Top with bananas, blue berries, walnuts, grapes, chia/sabja seeds or any other toppings of your choice. Add a spoonful of Sproos’ Pistachio Rose.
