    Croissants
    Sproos’ Almond Garlic Sauce
    Iceberg Lettuce
    Tomatoes
    Paneer
    Jalapeno
    Black Olives
    Salt
    Black Pepper

    Preparation time: 15-20 minutes
    Serves: 1

    Procedure:
    - Slit open a fresh hot croissant.
    - Spread a generous amount of Sproos’ Almond Garlic Sauce on one side.
    - Top this side with veggies, you can use whichever ones you like. Here, we have used iceberg lettuce, tomato slices, paneer slices, jalapenos and black olives.
    - Season with some salt and black pepper (or any other seasonings you like)
    - Put the other half on top of this or enjoy it like an open sandwich.
    - You can also reapply the Almond Garlic sauce again, the Chef recommended we do and we loved it!

    Chef’s tip: Tastes best with fresh bakes. Perfect for picnic lunches.
