Ingredients
1 small Broccoli (use both the stems and the florets)
Sproos’ Almond Garlic Sauce
1 medium Onion, finely chopped
Garlic (always measure with your heart)
Olive oil
Water, Salt, Pepper & Oil

Instructions
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Serves: 1
Procedure:
- In enough oil, sauté garlic and finely chopped onion.
- Season with salt & pepper and add chopped Broccoli stems to it.
- Once these soften a little, add approximately a cup of water and bring it to a boil.
- After which, add the Broccoli florets and allow the mixture to cook for 3-4 minutes. Transfer this into a mixture and blend until creamy.
- To a tsp of oil, add this paste and 3 big spoons of Sproos’ Almond Garlic Sauce (if you REALLY love garlic, you can sauté some before adding the paste)
- Mix well and cook for about a minute or two.We made some toast with white butter and herbs 🤌
Chef’s tip for plating: Serve hot with a drizzle of olive oil, chopped almonds and
freshly made bread or toast.
